This trip with Nyoman and Tita was great. The four different snorkeling places were very good. We saw mantas, sea turtles and many fish. Beautiful coral. The boat was good quality and the snorkling gear was also very good. It was very well planned and felt safe. The lunch break was well arranged and food was good. An extra bonus was the underwater photos! Personally I could have skipped the excursion to a hill top which had a nice view, I would have preferred additional snorkeling. I especially liked the snorkeling places when there were less other boats and people around. Nyoman and Tita were very calm and experienced - great persons for this trip!

We had overall a great experience on this tour. Unfortunately the Manta Rays did not show up on this particular day but we still had fun snorkelling at the different spots. Big shoutout to our guides O'neill & Putu for keeping us safe and taking photos and videos of us while diving. Would recommend.

A really great day albeit a big one. We did see manta rays and turtles so that was really memorable. The guides were fantastic, helpful and very competent. My favourites were the manta rays and a drift coral experience at the end of the tour, this is where we saw the turtles and the water was quite warm so very enjoyable. There were towels, water and fruit provided on the boat and a lovely Indonesian style buffet lunch in the island. The slight downside for me was the approximately 45 minute drive up to the viewing point for photos of a beach. My understanding and I probably got this wrong was it was a tour of the island which appealed to me. The beach was amazing but there was no access to the beach so it was just viewed from above. It was very busy up there, packed with tourists and very hot. I didn’t really consider 45 minutes there and return in a hot car over very bumpy busy roads warranted for the ability to take photos of the beach. But overall I would do it again for the overall experience. A really lovely day.

Private boat from Sanur to see the Manta Rays.
The boat and crew were amazing. We loved seeing the manta rays. It was also great not fighting the crowd on the fast ferry over.
Snorkeling was fantastic, and the underwater visibility was amazing. Our guides really looked after us so, if you’re not confident in the open water, let them know and they will take care of you.
My only complaint was after an amazing lunch at a fabulous location we all had to make a hot/slow 110 min back braking drive to some instagram famous lookout, which was jam-packed with people and really not worth the drive imo. It would be much better if customers could make a choice to stay on the boat after lunch and kick back and chill, or make the drive for those who love the Insta and can tolerate being hot at angry lol.

All up it’s pretty decent, not quite the same as what the itinerary says on trip advisor (a couple snorkel stops listed we didn’t end up going to) but the drivers, snorkel guides (Ringo and Aden) and crew were all lovely and helpful and made for an easy trip, one person in our group was struggling as they were a first timer at snorkelling and the guides stepped in to help pretty quickly and efficiently. Snorkel gear was really high quality (they’d clearly already defogged the glasses too as they worked a treat) and the flippers were pretty comfortable for a one size fits all. Communication was great as everything is done through whatsapp as well as receiving a link to the photos taken by the snorkel guide all easily accessible and uploaded within the day. Just make sure you’ve got your wits about you at the very crowded snorkelling spots (manta bay) as with any tourist attraction there’s always going to be a few tourists with zero spacial awareness or care for what they’re doing.

Nusa Penida manta and land trip
Saw mantas with 100’s of others. The oven was crowded! Turtles too. I’d miss off the land tour though. Too much time in cars in Indonesia. Guides were ok. Boat was smelly.

Great family day out with Ketut and Vincent as guides (with one suggestion for next time..)
Ketut and Vincent were great guides for our private snorkelling day trip. Super knowledgeable about the island and snorkelling, and shared some great GoPro footage.
We saw mantas and turtles snorkelling and had a lovely lunch at a beautiful spot a short drive from the harbour. The longer drive (45 mins each way) to a beauty spot for photos felt a bit of a waste of time. Tourism is alive and well on the island so it was a steady line of slow moving traffic in and out… but like the Bali mainland!
Rated 4 not 5 stars as it’s a reminder that these experiences are weather dependent. We got a bit unlucky with how choppy the water was in the morning which meant less snorkelling. Should have dropped the drive to the beauty spot and done more in the water but hindsight is always 20:20.
Still wonderful day though. Lots of memories.

We saw mantas and turtles snorkelling and had a lovely lunch at a beautiful spot a short drive from the harbour. The longer drive (45 mins each way) to a beauty spot for photos felt a bit of a waste of time.
